About The Order I Placed
How do I know my order was received? You will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order was received.
How do I verify the status of my shipment? When each gift is shipped an email confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provide so you can track your shipment at any time.
Can I send a personalized message with my gift? Yes! Each gift is shipped out with a personalized wooden message tag. Before completing your order you will be asked to create your own personal gift tag sentiment. This message is written on the website with each basket or gift that is placed into the shopping cart. You can also include a company logo or image. You can either upload the image on the website or email us the image at info@huckleberrygifts.com
Can I change my order once it is placed?To change your order please contact us at 970-667-7926. We will make every effort to change your order, however, it will be left to our discretion as to whether the order is at a place and/or time where it can be changed.
Can my order be shipped to a Hotel/Hospital/School/University, etc.? Yes! We will need detailed information on the recipient(s) i.e, the recipient's name, recipient's phone number and the location with room numbers, etc.
When is my credit card charged? Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order on our website.
How can I change an incorrect shipping address? To change a shipping address please contact us at 970-667-7926. If the package has already shipped we will try to intercept it and reroute it. There will be an additional charge for this service from the shipping carrier. If delivery of the shipment has already been attempted the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned shipment we can correct the address and reship the package for an additional shipping charge.
How can I place a corporate order, shipping to multiple recipients? You can call any large order in to our office at 970-667-7926 and we would be happy to ship to multiple recipients. We would ask that you email us an excel file or something similar with all the pertinent shipping information.
Are deliveries left if no one is home? Residential address orders are not required to have a signature for delivery, therefore, it is left to the shipping carrier's discretion as to whether the package is safe at the front door or not. The shipping carrier will not leave a package at an apartment door or a commercial address door without a signature. The shipping carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver a package before the package is shipped back to us.
Can we make substitutions for products in the baskets? Yes! Please contact our office at 970-667-7926 for any customized orders you wish to place. Our basket designers will be happy to assist you.
What if the person I am placing an order for has a food allergy? Please call your order into our office at 970-667-7926. One of our basket designers will be more than happy to design the basket around your needs.
We reserve the right to substitute similar products in any gift basket order placed with us.Delivery and Payment Information
What forms of payment can be used?We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All other forms of payment must be approved with our office at 970-667-7926.
How are shipping costs determined? Shipping costs are based on UPS ground rates. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. Expediting your order, i.e., Next Day Air, can be done for an additional fee.
Guarantee Policy? If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at 970-667-7926. Any returns must have prior authorization from our office.
