In the event you need to exchange your gift, please call our office at 970-667-7926 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization. Without prior approval and the RMA, we cannot accept returned gifts. Because of the nature of our gifts, all returns or exchanges must be completed within 10 days of the ship date.

Once you call to make an exchange, we will place a new order immediately and send it out within 48 hours. We require that the original Gift be returned within 10 days or the cost of the replacement will be charged to your credit card. The cost of shipping the replacement Gift is covered by Huckleberry Gifts. Return shipping costs will be determined at the time of issuance of the RMA.

For returns, we charge 10% of the original purchase price to cover restocking fees.

Please note: At this time, Huckleberry Gifts can not ship overseas.
